Cape and Island Urology is the local branch of Greater Boston Urology and performs vasectomies as outpatient procedures. Friends of Family Planning may reimburse for co-pay and travel expenses associated with vasectomy. Stop by the Family Planning office (see below) to complete an application prior to the procedure.
