About Us
Vineyard Birth Collective was started in 2015 by a group of women with a shared interest in pregnancy and childbirth. Among us are nurses, midwives, doulas, educators, counselors, practitioners and mothers. We are committed to making invaluable birth and parenting resources readily available to the Island community.
Our mission is to empower women and families living on Martha's Vineyard to make informed choices surrounding childbirth, pregnancy and the postpartum period. By providing a comprehensive listing of local resources and practitioners, alongside relevant articles and information, we aim to provide physical, emotional and social support and connect our Island community of expecting parents and growing families.
