Erin Estrella, LICSW, is a psychotherapist specialized in working with expectant & postpartum mothers around the challenges of motherhood, as well as the diagnosis & treatment of perinatal psychiatric disorders. She will be giving a candid & interactive talk about perinatal depression, anxiety, and the life changes that affect every new mom.

Potluck Brunch - 11 am - 1 pm every first Sunday of the month at the YMCA (Alex's Place) starting with a 15-minute informational session followed by food and mingling. Free!
Partners and infants welcome. Optional potluck, bring a dish or not.
